Project Brief

RMC Rendite Management Concept GmbH, a real estate agency, required a website with a seamless, easy-to-use backend for managing property listings. The goal was to create a site that could meet the legal requirements for Germany (EU law compliance) while being user-friendly for both real estate buyers and the agency managing the listings.

Challenges

The client wanted to ensure that the website complied with European Union laws, while also seeking to improve the listing management process by transitioning from a manual system to a more efficient backend system.

Solution

  • Custom Backend Development: A custom WordPress backend was created using Elementor and Crocoblock’s JetEngine, JetSmartFilters, and JetTabs to allow easy addition, updating, and styling of property listings.
  • EU Law Compliance: Ensured the site adhered to all legal requirements specific to the real estate market in Germany, including privacy and data protection regulations.
  • Frontend Styling: Integrated an intuitive and appealing frontend design that showcases the listings in a user-friendly format.
